Poverty Myths vs. Reality Babies in the River |
I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do the something that I can do. What I can do, I should do. And what I should do, by the grace of God, I will do. Edward Everett Hale |

Your Grandmother’s Cupboard
is a non-profit organization established by Shepherds’ Helpers who recognize the problem and established the Cupboard to help homeless children and their parents. They envisioned it as a means of providing homeless people with common items they need to maintain good health and hygiene but often can’t afford.
Volunteers at Your Grandmother’s Cupboard fill individual boxes with these “other necessities” according to the age and sex of the recipients. Boxes are designated for Infants, Children, and Adults and then distributed at local soup kitchens and homeless shelters. |
